How long does it take to get my item shipped?

All orders have different time frames. Each listing has its own TAT.  Please review Shipping Policy for more detailed info.

What if the item I received is not the item I ordered?

If the item(s) that you received is not the item that you ordered according to your order confirmation and packing slip, we will send you the correct item overnight after we have received the tracking number from the incorrect item you shipped back to us. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy for more detailed information.

What if I ordered the incorrect size?

We do not offer exchanges for this matter. Please review our Return and Exchange Policy.

Do you restock items?

Certain items may be restocked. Sign up for our email alerts to know when this occurs.

Do you issue affiliate codes?

We do not offer affiliate codes. We do run special promotions often. Join our Facebook group for more detail

Because our company uses so many different vendors each listing will be in the information box or on our facebook page.  If you have any questions about any orders please email girlygirlsbtq@gmail.com with your order number

Shipping Policy: 
All orders have different shipping time frames.  Most items are picked up at 141 Redbank Road, Goose Creek, Unless you paid for shipping.  Once items arrive to me they will ship to you in 24 hours.  I keep everything up to date on our facebook page.

All orders ship within 72 hours of cleared payment Monday through Thursday. All orders placed on Friday will ship Monday if payment clears. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. We will send shipping confirmations by email or text message that will include your tracking information. 

We do not offer free shipping on returned items. Items that are returned due to manufacturing defect are excluded.

- If your item states that it is delivered and you did not receive it, please reach out to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. When placing your order please make sure your shipping address is correct. We do not honor modifications of the shipping address. If we receive your package back marked as undeliverable, then we will send you an invoice for the shipping fee or process a refund of store credit. Refunds are subject only to the refund policy.
- We use USPS to ship all items!  Once items are received(check out our turn around time) you will have tracking within 24 hours.  Shipping takes about 2-4 business days.  tracking information will be included once item ships. 

Returns & Exchanges:
All returned items are in the form of store credit. We allow a maximum of 10 days for all returns. There are no exchanges due to limited quantities available. If 10 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t accept your return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, have all tags attached, free of deodorant, and perfumes.

We do not accept products that are sale items, intimate, or sanitary goods.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase(s) back without contacting us. If we receive your return and we have not communicated prior you are responsible for paying the shipping fee to receive your item(s) back.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if the item is returned for any other reason of than a factory defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned for store credit, unfortunately sale items
